Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At LUVA, we take pride in offering high-quality traditional wear crafted with care and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • In its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Free from stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, alterations, or any signs of use.

  • Returned with any accessories, dupattas, belts, or accompanying items originally included with the product.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days and will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or prepared for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Products purchased during special clearance, final sale, or non-returnable promotional events, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

LUVA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
